The instructions say you should not use metal utensils with the Optigrill. I
would consider some silicone-coated tongs. I also use some anti-steam Ove
Gloves.

I have a set of these spoons. There is not enough space to put the dot for the
capital. Sugar is correct that normally lower case t does stand for teaspoon.
Teaspoons are smaller than tablespoons. In this case, this is how you will need
to tell the difference.
