Chicken and salsa wraps 

Garnish with gwockamolie or sour cream 

2 teaspoons oil 

ΒΌ cup chopped onions 

1 cup mild salsa 

1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

1-1/3 cups shredded cooked chicken  (I use the chicken in a can llike tuna) 

2 (12 ounce) refrigerated biscuit roll tubes 

350 

lightly grease baking sheet 

heat oil in skillet add onion cook until tender add salsa and cheese cook over 
low until cheese is melted 

stir in chicken 

roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle place chicken mixture down center of 
each biscuit fold two opposite edges over filling secure biscuits using wooden 
picks 

bake 15 minutes serve with above garnishes
