It is cast iron and has 2 temp controls. It is gas which I like
because easy to start and turn off. I searched for a podcast hoping
that you had done one using a griddle but didn't find one. So far I
have grilled burgers hotdogs and sausage patties on it and love it.

Gas or electric?
What size is it?
I am guessing it has a cast iron cooking surface.
If so, a pumas stone is great for cleaning it.
A bacon iron is a great addition too.
It can be used for more than just bacon.

Hello I have recently bought a Blackstone outdoor flat top grill. So far I have
