I've got a question about this recipe. It looks really good and I'd like to
try it. My question is that when my husband went grocery shopping, the fish
filets he bought were frozen. There are 8 of t
with this kind
of frozen fish before.
Thanks

You have to thaw them out before you bread them and then the baking time
would be the same
When I have individually wrapped pieces of meat I count out how many
pieces I want.
Leave them in the wrapper to thaw.

I always thaw meat in the fridge. Takes a bit longer but seems safer.

Jan,
Okay, this may sound like a dumb question, but what's the best way to thaw

A lot of people say it's unsafe to thaw anything out on the counter. I'd
either defrost them in the microwave or in the fridge overnight. ?Some
people defrost them (the wrapped package) in cold water. I've never done
it that
