My baby sister turned me on to this cobbler and
it is fabulous!! I made it with caramel apple
filling, but you can use any canned filling you
wish. You'll be sooo surprised!
I don't have a 9x9 pan, so I used an 8x8 and it
worked out just fine. If I were taking it to a
pot luck or something, I'd double it and use a
9x13 and maybe add about 15-20 minutes baking time, What do you think?
where it says about how you put in the filling, I
wasn't that careful, I just slopped it in and it was fine.
Easy Any Pie-Filling Cobbler
1 2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
3 4 cup flour
1 2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 4 cup milk
1 (15 ounce) can pie filling (flavor of your choice)
Melt butter in 9 x 9 baking dish. Mix sugar,
flour, salt and baking powder. Add milk and mix
well. Pour batter into melted butter; do not
stir. Pour pie filling into batter dropping by
spoonsful several in the middle and then divide
the rest to corners and sides. Do not stir.
Bake at dg350 for min50-60 or until golden brown.
