Place chicken in bag, close top and shake vigorously. Melt butter and oil together in skillet over medium heat until mixture sizzles; add chicken and brown quickly on all sides. Drain chicken on absorbend towels. Place chicken in ovenproof dish; bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender. Serve piping hot.
