Claudia, I have made this salad with lime jello and used cottage
cheese. People might see that it is there but the cottage cheese blends in
to the mixture. It is a delicious salad, doesn't take much time to prepare
and is a great potluck dish.

Hi,
I'm thinking about making this, but here are my questions.
Cottage cheese is usually lumpy, so wn't this stay lumpy as well?
Also, could this recipe be doubled, for a larger crowd?
Won't the cottage cheese be visible, to people eating this salad?
Thanks.
