Goulash Ole

    
This makes a quick skillet dinner and you can easily adjust the spices
to your own taste.  I have substituted V- 8 juice instead of tomato
juice - very good!  Enjoy!
Goulash Olé
Makes 4 servings
1 1/2 Cup Macaroni, uncooked
1 Lb Lean Ground Beef,
1/2 Cup Brown Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
3 Cups Tomato Juice
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well
Meanwhile, cook beef, onion and bell pepper in large skillet until beef
is browned and onions is translucent; drain well. Stir in tomato juice,
cooked macaroni and spices.
Simmer over low heat until most of the tomato juice is absorbed and
thickened.
