King Crab Salad (Brenda Spear)
1 large package artificial crab meat 2 stalks celery 2 green onions 2 cups finely chopped cabbage 3 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon white vinegar Chopp celery stalks into 1/8 inch slices Chop onion into ΒΌ inch slices, remove roots Shreed cleaned cabbage, let stand and drain 30 minutes. *cheese cloth may be used to remove moisture. Break crab meat into small pieces. Gently stir ingredients together. Combine mayonnaise and vinegar together. Gentle stir in mayo with ingridents.
