CHOCOLATE CANADIAN MOUSE
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 envelope powder whip topping (Dream whip)
2 cups chocolate milk
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
1 level tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
Pour 1/2 cup chocolate milk into high sided bowl. Add one envelope of whip
topping
and mix according to instructions.
Pour remaining chocolate milk into sealable bowl. Add chocolate instant
pudding,
coffee and cocoa powder. Mix according to package directions.
Combine thick whip topping and chocolate pudding in sealable bowl and beat 1
minute
with electric mixer.
Seal bowl and store in fridge until ready to serve.
Portion into fancy dishes/parfait glasses. Top with shaved chocolate or
chocolate
sprinkles. and/or chopped walnuts
Depending on your serving size, yields 4 to 8 servings.
