I use my meat thermometer to check meat temperatures, not to determine when it
is time to flip the meat.
If you are cooking something like a boneless chicken breast, flip after 4 or 5
minutes.
Thicker meats take longer and thinner cuts take less time.
Experiment.

Hi,
Does anyone on this list use a meat thermometer to cook meat?
I got one as a gift and I was wondering how do I know when to turn over the
meat?

Hello,
Does Blind Mice Mart have any meat thermometers? If so, would someone email
the information please? If not, where might I purchase one?
Thank you.
