Mom's Layered Biscuit Chicken Divan

A delightful meal that serves nine. It's ready for the oven in only 15 minutes. 
Makes: 9 servings

1 package (9 ounces) frozen cooked chicken breast strips, thawed and cut in 
half if necessary

1 jar (1 pound) roasted garlic Parmesan pasta sauce (white sauce)

1 bag (1 pound) Green Giant® frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained and patted 
dry

2 cups Original Bisquick® mix

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375°. Heat chicken, pasta sauce and broccoli to boiling in 3-quart 
saucepan, stirring frequently. Spread half of mixture in ungreased square pan, 
9 x 9 x 2 inches.

Stir Bisquick mix, milk and sour cream until blended. Pour half of batter over 
chicken mixture in pan. Spread with remaining chicken mixture; top with 
remaining batter. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out 
clean.

Substitution: Look for the roasted garlic Parmesan pasta sauce in the aisle 
with other pasta sauces. If you can't find it or want to use something else, 
your favorite Alfredo sauce will work well, too.
