Nanny Kerr Pumpkin Pie 3 9 inch pie shells, unbaked
6 eggs 1-8 ounce can evaporated milk 1, ½ cups brown sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice mix OR 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1-28 ounce can pumpkin In large bowl blend all ingredients together with electric mixer. Mixture should form spicy custard consistency. Divide aamong 3, 9 inch unbaked pie pastries. Heat oven to 425'F and place pies in oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325'F for 25 minutes.
