If I want a peanutbutter jelly sandwich I mix the portion of each I
want in a separate bowl. Then I take a spoon place the mixture in the
middle of the bread and use the back of the spoon or a butter knife to
work my way to the edge.
This for me anyway makes pb spread easier.

thin that will not tear up your bread. Frankly, I use the back of a spoon. The
