Quick Cream Cheese Fudge 3 ozs cream cheese 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted 1/4 teaspoon vanilla dash of salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cream the cheese until smooth; blend with sugar. Stir in the melted chocolate and mix well. Add vanilla, salt, and nuts. Press into buttered pan. Chill until firm.
