Accent is monosodium glutamate. It's considered to be a flavor enhancer for
some folks but it can leave you with a thirst that is hard to quench, so
many folks treat it as an optional ingredient.

Accent seasoning and is MSG. It is a flavor enhancer.
It is not necessary in a recipe.
You can add more of your favorite herbs and more garlic and pepper to
accomplish the same thing.
Many people have allergic reactions.
