Sweet BBQ Ribs 3 1/2 pounds pork loin back ribs
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup cola 2/3 cup barbecue sauce Cut ribs into 2 to 3 rib portions and place into 3 to 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle each portion with salt and pepper. Spoon cola over top, being careful not to wash off the seasonings. Cover; cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or until ribs are tender. Drain liquid. Pour barbecue sauce into slow cooker. Mix gently with ribs so the meat is coated. Cover; cook on low for 1 hour, or until ribs are glazed. Makes 6 servings.
