I would think it is the cheese and cheese whizz would work fine. If you want you could get pimento flavored sliced American cheese and break or cut it into small pieces and mix it with the casserole ingredients.

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender, then drain. Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and celery and cook until tender, but not browned. Add soup, evaporated milk and cheese and heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in tuna and olives. Place noodles in 2 quart casserole dish. Add sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Enjoy.
