Main dish Crock pot Chicken Stew

 

 

 4-5 frozen chicken thighs or breasts (boneless & skinless if possible)

 1 can chicken broth

 1 can corn (drained)

 1 can Italian cut green beans (drained)

 1 can pinto beans (undrained)

 1 can black beans (undrained)

 1 can Great Northern beans (undrained)

 1 can tomatoes (I like the diced and get various flavors.

        This time I used onions, green peppers & celery.)

 1 10-oz can tomatoes with green chiles (such as Ro-tel)

 1 envelope onion soup mix

 1 4-oz can mushrooms (drained)

 1 very small (2-3 oz?) can sliced black olives (drained)

 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup (I have found name-brand

                    canned soups superior)

 

 I always spray my crockpot before using with a Pam-like product. Makes  
clean-up so much easier!

 Combine all ingredients in crockpot, cook 4-5 hrs on high  or 8-10 on low. 
There is enough salt & other flavorings in the soups  that I don't use any more.
