They're not really thick, but I use them on cans and bottles that are going to
be pitched anyway. For anything that I want to keep, I use Dymo tape, and write
the braille on it with a one-line slate and stylus.

I use paper peel-off labels, and stick them in the Perkins brailler to write
the label. I bought a box of 5000 of the labels a long time ago, and I'm still
using labels from that box. I think they come on sheets now.
