GRAPE SALAD WITH TOASTED PECANS

2 pounds seedless green grapes
2 pounds seedless purple grapes
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1 8-ounce container sour cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar, firmly
Salad RED AND WHITE GRAPE SALAD
2 lbs. seedless red grapes and 2 lbs. seedless white grapes
8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar ¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans
Taste test the grapes at the store to make sure that they are firm, sweet a
