Parmesan Cheese substitute for non dairy
good in recipes calling for parmesan cheese.
1/4 c nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup raw cashews
process all in a food processor. Use as you would for parmesan cheese. Store in
tight container in fridge up to two weeks.
