[COOT] Baton build mode

Dear all, I used the Baton Build mode to generat a CA-Trace. I realized that Coot put the first CA not at the first Pointer position which I chose. Instead it put the first CA at the next position. Is there any possibility to tell coot that it should put the first atom at my Pointer? Thanks
