Hi all, I generally run refmac from inside coot. The "older" coot version would automatically pick the newest maps that resulted from refmac as the map to use for refinement..so it would go from one FWT map (say map 0) to the newest FWT (map 2) map that resulted after refmac..
However the auto picking of the newest map is no longer happening Is there someplace in the .coot settings file I can use to set the old coot behavior and I am hoping that there is a setting that will pick the newest map as the one to be used. Thanks for your help Hari
