To whom it may concern, I'm using ccp4-7.0 package on an iMac to solve a crystal structure. Today I encountered a problem with coot. After I did some model fitting manually in coot and wanted to save the coordinates, coot showed the warning message
"WARNING:: export coords: There was an error in writing /Ncdwt_hkl_refmac2-coot-5.pdb" and the new coordinates cannot be saved. I used coot to do manual fitting just some days ago and it was ok. I tried coot with other files, the same warning came out again. Also, I tried to re-install the ccp4 package but the problem persisted. Anyone has idea what I should do to fix it?
