Hi All,

The test java/lang/invoke/LFCaching/LFSingleThreadCachingTest.java is 
failing on tier 1 platforms. UntilJDK-8171149 
<https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8171149>is fixed, the test 
should be problem listed.

Please review the patch below:
