For all those interested in the proposed jpackage tool:
As described in INFRA-15257 <https://java.se.oracle.com/infrabugs/browse/INFRA-15257> , the component/subcomponent for jpackage bug in JBS has been changed from deploy/packager to tools/jpackage.
Existing bugs and enhancements in jpackage have been moved to the new component/subcomponent, and only bugs specifically for the javafxpackager in 8u will be left in the deploy component.
We will continue to monitor any bugs filed as deploy/packager and move them overe as appropriate.
