So I think the flashing file is not the problem.
May problem be caused by flashing tool ?

@Zoran: I tried flashing with the IFWI .bin file released by Intel, and the

Hi,
After performing just an FLR (PCI function level reset) of a Gen8 Intel HD
graphics device, there's no VGA output from the device, no matter what I
try to do. I've had coreboot reset the graphics control register, VGA
control, VGA display disable bit, etc.
Has anyone seen anything like this?

Hi,
while doing LPC examination for keyboard actions on Getac laptop few
weeks ago, I noticed that the controlling sequence for backlight step
has been put outside of an ACPI spec for no visible reason (therefore
it is not possible to control backlight using unmodified ectool, for
example).

Hi Aaron,
The patches are in draft as the migration was in progress, hence you were not
able to access.
Not sure how this triggered email even when you were not added yet
Will publish it later today.

Flashing with what (context in question)?
(we'll come later to INTEL stitching tool, I have good
perception/anticipation, developed for by INTEL) ;-)
Thank you,

Running 'make gitconfig' will add two aliases to your coreboot git
configuration:
git sup and git sup-destroy.
'git sup' (submodule update) updates the submodules to the latest
versions, but leaves any locally modified files.
'git sup-destroy' will remove the current submodules and re-initialize

Are you saying the flashing didn't work OR board doesn't boot after?
If latter, did you select

Hello Denis, Nico,
I read these emails, but, unfortunately, nothing to add, from my side of
the story. Since I am also learning, so, please, do not quarrel (as I very
often do). I do find excuse for myself (too old and too stubborn,

In Coreboot 4.4 (Intel baytrail FSP) early serial output use to work (first
line being coreboot version followed by RTC Init)
In Coreboot 4.5 it seems that serial output only works once the FSP initializes
the serial port (first line being romstage_main_continue).
