The default option is "# CONFIG_USE_OPTION_TABLE is not set". I
activated this option "CONFIG_USE_OPTION_TABLE
Have a look at the power loss control bits inside the superio chip. They
specify what to do when the mainboard gets its standby power.

Right now, mine is using the original BIOS, but, I remember it did
switch on by itself sometimes (or was it always), if I didn't shutdown
the machine properly...

I do not have this problem with the manufacturer bios. Does watchdog
