This is a 4Mbit 3.3V LPC flash chip.
You could go all the way up to 16Mbit with a SST49LF160C-33-4C-NHE,
or for 8Mbit try SST49LF080A-33-4C-NHE.

with what I can make out of the lettering on the chip.
