*Duration : Long Term * *Location : Louisville, KY* *Terms: Corp to Corp * Description: - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering requirements, evaluating output requirements and formats - Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; writing specifications - Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications - Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements - Good knowledge of people tools and product US-HCM (HR, Payroll and Benefits) functionality - Prior experience in working in a client facing role and have worked with external/internal stake holders as a Business Analyst and Product Owner - Having strong knowledge of complete SDLC /BA concepts with Agile framework - Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders - Identify the current and future-state business processes - Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future - Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution - Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables - Unit test developed work product and fix issues - Ensure active communication between client and the offshore development team -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
