Cloudeeva is looking for an experienced Business Solutions Architect who
will be a team lead on our Strategic Business Process Engagements.  He or
she will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing best
practice business changes using cloud technology solutions. Business
Solution Architects are tasked with facilitating workshops and requirements
sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes
and technology in the CRM space, specifically related to Sales, Marketing
and Customer service.  From the session output, the Architect will map out
a future state that includes improved process definition as well as
best-practice architecture and implementation of Salesforce.com and other
related cloud based technologies.



As a Certified Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, the Business Architect
also designs and deploys solutions that support customer business processes
and requirements using Salesforce.com products. The Business Solution
Architect has experience designing solutions using Force.com,
Salesforce.com Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud functionality and can
lead the implementation of these solutions within a customer organization..



Duties

The Business Solution Architect plays a key role working onsite with
customers to align strategic goals and objectives with key decisions
regarding Salesforce.com products. Must be able to manage and deliver
components of customer engagements that include analysis of current state
business process and technology, process and functional design, future
state prototyping and architecture for Salesforce.com.



Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least 4 – 7
enterprise full-lifecycle SFDC implementations with project ownership.
Strong expertise of the following areas is required (minimum 4):

•             System Implementation, Change Enablement & User Adoption

•             Salesforce.com Sales Force Automation

•             Salesforce.com Service & Support

•             Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud

•             Salesforce.com Communities and Mobile

•             Salesforce.com Force.com platform development



What we are looking for

Must possess strong analytical and Salesforce.com product management skills
including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business
needs and the translation of those needs into technology and operational
requirements.

Interpret customer provided process flow or system diagrams and produce
future state versions of these diagrams that highlight the advantages of
future state recommendations.

Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional workshops of 20 – 50 people
(including executive level teams) for process analysis and architecture
requirements gathering. Identify gaps and apply business/industry knowledge
to identify areas for business change.

Involvement in identifying business requirements, collection of use
cases/user stories, process design (swim lanes, work flow mapping, etc.),
testing, training and implementation support a must.

Ability to provide direct input in the governance cycle that supports the
achievement of key goals, planning and the execution of various business
scenarios supported by enterprise technology solutions.

Possesses past business case experience and can demonstrate an ability to
navigate the most complex customer environments.

Enthusiastic, professional and confident team player with a strong focus on
customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions.

Strong project management, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with
the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Requirements:

Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least 4 – 7
enterprise full-lifecycle SFDC implementations with project ownership.

A combination of the following:

•             3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems
Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting
expertise leading transformational projects.

•             3+ years experience implementing or administering Sales Force
Automation software in enterprise environments.

•             3+ years of experience architecting enterprise integration
systems and proven ability to create integration landscape diagrams and use
cases.

Must have Current Salesforce.com Admin 201, ADM301, ADM401 Certification -

Sales and or Service Cloud Consultant Certification Desired

An advanced degree in the area of specialization or equivalent professional
work experience preferred.

Located in and able to work in the U.S. and comfortable traveling based on
customer’s needs



Other Skills Required outside of Salesforce Products:

•             Knowledge Management

•             BMI and or Apptus Quoting Products

•             Salesforce.com CTI features, architecture, and implications

•             Integration (Informatica) and Data Management
