This individual should have deep overall understanding of payroll business processes and ADP system functionality specifically. In this role you will support discussions around developing future state processes in ADP. Client is a global, complex and industry-leading organization. Payroll process and ADP system experience are the most important qualifications for this role, however, additionally candidates should have solid lead/PM skills to take charge of this portion of a larger overall business process transformation initiative (for which there is an overall PM). Must have outstanding communication skills, deep ADP system experience, a strong and comprehensive understanding of payroll business processes and the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and management in a lead role. Consultant will be expected to be onsite approximately 60% with the remainder of time working remotely. Expenses will be paid for travel.
