Identification, development and utilization of metrics for decision support Demonstrated understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Knowledge of common software failures and faults Hands-on test execution and troubleshooting experience Experience working with Defect Management system (reporting & analysis) Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. Good troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail required Working experience in developing test cases for non-functional tests (performance, stress, failures/recovery, etc) desired Experience with architectural models/diagrams desired Experience with complex products desired Good time-management skills.
