Please be advised that the resource should be for Administration and not development. Resource will operate from Stamford and should be willing to provide after hours support whenever needed. Should be able to operate independently * both from a process adherence perspective and in technical areas Should be so well versed in Cognos, that he / she should be able to recommend best practices, config settings , trouble shoot issues, tune for performance etc., and take leadership in directing about which way to proceed during critical decision making.
