Please send your resume along with hourly rate expectation to sibin.j...@infojiniconsulting.com <sibin.j...@infojiniconsulting.com> ASAP or call me at 443-451-5551* *Job details mentioned below: * *Position: Solution Architect* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 3+ months (Possibility of extension)* *Client Name: State of MA Executive Office of Technology Services and Security* *Objectives:* - Research possible technical approaches to claims and benefit administration - Clarify technical priorities and requirements for DFML’s request for proposals (RFPs) - Identify three or more vendors with relevant experience and success implementing similar systems (or critical components of similar systems) for all priority areas - Make specific recommendations on how to structure RFPs to encourage experienced vendors to submit compelling proposals for the Commonwealth’s preferred solutions - Provide clear, specific input to the RFP evaluation team to weigh the pros and cons of different technically viable solutions as part of the published evaluation process - Identify key milestones and objectives for major phases of technical implementation - Identify opportunities to arrange deliverables into minimum viable products (MVPs), foster an iterative approach to enhancements and delivery, and limit dependencies on any single underperforming vendor - Where relevant, identify required REST or GraphQL API endpoints and related specifications - Stay on as a technical advisor to the RFP evaluation team to assist in the evaluation of proposals *Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* - Experience with working with large-scale applications and regulated data - Experience writing code for modern web development projects - Experience working with vendors (hiring, speccing out work, guidance, and oversight) - Experience developing specifications for solutions implemented by other developers or vendors - Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and manage competing demands - Strong written and verbal communication - Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership capabilities *Thanks & Regards,* *Sibin John* IT Recruiter Infojini, Inc.
