*Responsibilities:* Conduct user surveys and interviews to get user feedback and usage pattern. Monitor and analyze traffic and usage pattern and make recommendations Understanding customer needs and motivations and integrating them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality Site audit, understand and specify the content of use Develop high level design concept and screen flow, prototypes, mock ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams Incorporating aspects of psychology, anthropology, computer science, graphic design, industrial design and cognitive science in designs. Acting as consultant to other team leads and may manage external production and design resources Create Flows and Navigation Maps, User stories or Scenarios Keeping up with industry trends and innovations to present to the client in order to influence the strategic direction of the program *Requirements:* 10+ years of information architecture, human-computer interaction or usability experience with a Web focus Able to do visual design, work with complex web apps and solutions, and perform UX related tasks Strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas required Advanced experience in creating and implementing usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality and a capacity for strategic and associative thinking Knowledge of InfoPath, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel and Project; Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; HTML page creation tools An understanding of Internet technologies, including DBs, e-commerce, client-server and front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, DHTML, CSS and ActiveX Thanks & Regards, Lokesh Muttineni Aclat, Inc.
