Monitoring timeline, budget and process integrity on projects with high complexity are key functions in this role. The Project Manager and project team negotiate the right feature set according to available time and technological limitations. Project management ensures that the right solution is delivered at the right time and that the project sponsor’s expectations are understood and managed throughout the project.
