This is Hitesh Kumar working with IDC Technologies I have an urgent position for one of my client based in *Dearborn, MI*, Kindly have the look into the below position and share the resume if comfortable. *Job Title: Pega Consultant* *Location: Dearborn, MI* *Job Details* The Pega System Architect position will provide technical oversight and implementation of Pegasystems solutions, which includes · Supporting Inception and Elaboration to ensure optimal solution architecture and design · Directing and overseeing technical teams in Construction of the designed solution · Developing custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements Managing systems Validation and defect resolution efforts. *Essential Job Functions: * The Pegasystems System Architect is responsible for technical oversight and implementation of Pegasystems solutions This includes · Supporting Inception and Elaboration to ensure optimal solution architecture and design, · Directing and overseeing technical teams in Construction of the designed solution, · Developing custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements · Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations. · Meeting and Managing engagement with Enterprise Architects. · Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. · Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega · Estimate and Size the requirements for Pega implementation; highlight dependencies for the solution on other applications. · Lead the discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega based application. · Managing systems Validation and defect resolution efforts. The CSA also collaborates with project leadership and client management to manage the engagement direction, pinpoint and resolve high-level issues and develop staff and budget plans. As such, the position requires not only technical prowess but also refined interpersonal and management skills. *Other Responsibilities:* · Document and maintain project artifacts. · Suggest best practices, and implementation strategies using PEGA technology. · Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices. · Other duties as assigned.
