*Job Title: Senior Support Analyst*

*Location: 521 Fifth Ave, New York*

*Duration: 6+ Months Contract*

 

 

*Production Support experience in Capital Markets Trading application with 
some technical skill such as UNIX or SQL is an absolute must.*

 

*Job Description:*

 

Perform - Level 2 (SME) support for Securitization Business such as 
BondFire (Trading Platform), TOMS & FIRE (proprietary data warehouse and 
reporting platform) 

• Extensive experience in the Capital Markets Domain 

• Development Experience in (Java/Python/VBA) is an added advantage. 

• Triaging the support incidents and performing resolutions 

• Coordinating with the Level 1 team for incidents escalated from Level 1 
to Level 2 team 

• Performing the Sev1 / Sev2 Incident Management (Managing the Incident 
bridge calls) 

• Performing the Problem Management & reduction of repeat incidents 

• Coordination with support team/s of other interfacing applications 

• Coordination with the Client Manager for status updates on key incidents.
