*Job Description*

q  Enhancements and Defects for Service Management core modules - Change
Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, Release Management,
Service Desk Service, Incident Management, Problem Management, Continuous
Service Improvement (CSI)

q  Production Support – including Defect fixes

q  Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Angular
JS, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS

q  Identify and invent novel solutions to challenging technical problems
and provide requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications

q  Translate functional specifications into logical, component-based
technical designs

q  Develop and deliver customized portal web pages in ServiceNow

q  Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow
solutions in ServiceNow

q  Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs,
Workflow Activities, etc.

q  3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow

q  Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements
in ServiceNow

q  Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall
ServiceNow best practices

q  Jakarta Upgrade –

§  Testing Production code and new enhancement code developed on Jakarta
lower environment

§  Tracking defects for issues identified in Jakarta testing

§  Supporting development effort for fixing defects for Jakarta

§  Supporting clone down efforts from Helsinki Production to lower
environments

o    Service Request Portal Upgrade

§  Upgrading portal from CMS to Service Portal to recreate portal landing
page, all existing service request, requested items

o    HR Services Module

§  Creation of custom module supporting day to day operations for HRDI team
for managing their development queue

§  Single entry point through a portal for all HR services (current scope
is HRDI development work tracking and Home Benefits catalog request)

o    IT Mobile Platform

§  Supporting initial setup for IT Mobile platform for Service Request
portal

o    Performance Analytics Reporting

§  Dashboard creation for Incident Management

§  Dashboard creation for all services

§  Integration with capacity management tool and other sources of data like
monitoring tools for integrating with ServiceNow performance analytics
dashboard
