The Program/Project Manager will provide program/project management
leadership for the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency Business Technology
Support by partnering with the Multifamily Division’s project manager and
senior leadership. Primary responsibility includes initiation and planning
of the Multifamily Divisions Remodel technical projects.
*Deliverables include: *
· Executed project plans to include the following artifacts:
Milestones, Planning and Design, Work Streams for application development
and reporting, and database design and implementation
· Resource Plan and associated schedules
· Document Project assumptions and risks
· Weekly Status reports to Leadership with documented status,
risks, barriers, etc.
*Responsibilities:*
· The main purpose of this project is to assess and address the
application stability, user experience, data integrity, and reporting needs
of the multifamily division from the initial application process through
the selection process.
· Project scope will include maintaining the current user interface
structure/design for the RFP workbook, Selection Scoring application and
worksheets (Including Rental Rehabilitation Deferred Loan (RRDL), Deferred,
and Tax Credits), Application Status, and Housing Development Software
(HDS) while designing, developing and implementing a solution for the
backend (data) aspects of these applications.

Project Management
Project Leadership for multiple complex technical projects, from inception
