We provide customers with highly focused solutions to address key business challenges and to achieve specific outcomes in rapid timeframes. *Job description/Responsibilities:* Own and manage the US recruitment plan would be able to travel all over the US , visiting colleges and universities for the for the purpose of recruiting / hiring Master Graduates Build a pipeline of candidates for key functional areas – use Social Media and on line tools to increase direct attraction Develop creative recruitment solutions to ensure the company is attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates. *Required Qualifications :* Past experience hiring in colleges/universities is a big plus. Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent industry experience Expertise in recruiting a variety of IT roles and disciplines. Onsite/corporate/in-house recruitment experience. Expertise in candidate management and client relationship management. Experience of dealing with third party suppliers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
