*Role: Systems Analyst / Technical Product Owner*
*Location: Atlanta, GA* *Need Genuinen profiles* *End-Client:T-Mobile* Systems Analyst/Technical Product Owner who can design, plan, direct and complete the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. 1. Should be able to run JAD sessions with large group of developers/System Analysts 3. REST API design experience 4. Should know the principles / standards behind the SOA 5. Should have telecom background (this is not mandatory, as long as the person understands telecom jargons, Order, SIM, Device, Voice line, Accessories etc) 6. Should know what a WSDL file is and its purpose / use 7. Worked extensively on data mapping spreadsheets (using excel sheets or any other tool like XML spy etc) 8. Has experience in writing use cases for SOAP services. Should be able to document technical use cases (Request, response, error scenarios like if the service is not responding with in predetermined time, if the service is down, if the data is down, we need to cover all possible error scenarios both system and business errors) 9. Knowledge of alerts and notification architecture (how alerts like when customer used 75% of data how alerts are being sent across system to end system that deal with SMS/Email, & Notifications sent customer, when they order a phone, when it is shipped and delivered etc) 10. Be able to use SOAP UI to find the request / response of a SOAP service 11. Should know the role of Product Owner in Agile, should be able to pull off this role. 12. Should have experience writing user stories 13.
