Determine the test approach to ensure high quality delivery to business 2. Identify and raise risks to quality in projects and releases 3. Determine test scope for projects and releases 4. Prepare time estimates for all testing activities 5. Facilitate and manage the project testing schedule 6. Prepare and facilitate the implementation of test plans 7. Evaluate project health from QA perspective during phase gate reviews 8. Adhere to established processes and guidelines from Project Management Office and QA Center of Excellence Requirements Experience with the following on large and small scale projects: 1. Managing a QA team involved in testing a variety of complex enterprise systems and interfaces especially on Salesforce Platform 2. Development of test approaches / strategies for projects 3. Hands-on experience with manual testing 4. Reviewing and assessing Requirements and Design documents 5. Determining testing scope appropriate to project 6. Assessing and communicating Risk to schedule, cost, or quality on projects 7. Preparing and managing the detailed project testing schedule 8. Preparing and facilitating the creation and utilization of test plans 9. Knowledge and experience in use of HP Quality Center and other standard QA tools 10. Tracking and Managing defects through resolution 11. Excellent communication (written and verbal) 12. Ability to react to changing project plans and come up with creative alternatives 13. Organizational and planning skills 14. Analytical skills and attention to detail 15. Ability to work in a collaborative “team-oriented” environment 16. Taking initiative to locate appropriate resources and gather information as needed 17.
