Hi Professional, We are having a very urgent requirement for Windows system Administrator at Washington DC. Can you please reply with your updated resume along with the contact details. Role: Windows system Administrator Location :: Washington DC Duration: 12 months plus Selection Criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree(s) in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent. Minimum 7 consecutive years of system administration experience. 2. At least 7 years' experience supporting a large installation of Microsoft Windows Servers 3. Programming and scripting experience, preferably in Powershell 4. Strong knowledge of Active Directory Management including: user management, GPOs, building and upgrading domains & forests 5. In-depth knowledge of Windows OS internals, registries, permissions 6. Familiarity with performance analysis using performance monitoring 7. Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols (DNS, ICMP, SMB, SSL/TLS, etc.) 8. Patch management procedures for windows operating systems 9. Initiative and resourcefulness in complex environments; flexibility and ability to prioritize conflicting demands in high-pressure and time-critical situations. 10. Strong knowledge of File\Print server management as well as Anti-virus management tools 11. Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a team/task force as a participant or team leader. Demonstrated sensitivity to the Bank's distinctive demographics and cross cultural context and influences, including the ability to build effective work relationships with clients and colleagues. 12. Proven conceptual, analytical and evaluation skills. Ability to break down raw information and undefined problems into specific,workable components that, in turn, clearly identify the issues at hand. Makes logical conclusions, anticipates obstacles and considers different approaches that are relevant to the decision-making process. 13. Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language. Able to prepare, present, and defend/explain technical information to diverse types of audience (management, users, vendor, and technical staff) in a way that establishes rapport and shares understanding. Demonstrated ability to produce a wide range of deliverables such as memoranda, requirements documents, status reports, terms of reference (TORs), project plans, etc. 14. Experience troubleshooting system hardware and software, particularly to investigate problems related to server outages. 15. Familiarity with the following are a plus: a. Remote Monitoring and Management tools b. Cloud infrastructure with Azure and AWS c. Windows clustering technology d. Virtual Infrastructure e. SharePoint Required Skills Bachelor's degree(s) in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent.
