*JD:*
*Job Description – Validation Engineer:*
3-5 years’ experience in Medical industry. Must not exceed 7 years of total
experience.
Must reside in or relocate to Minneapolis, MN
Must have a valid work authorization for employment in the US
*Essential skills/requirements:*
- Experience in performing verification and validation (IQ, OQ and PQ)
of equipment is a must
- Experience in creating V&V Protocols, Design Verification Test,
creating protocols and Reports is essential
- Experience in manual and electronic Change management procedures
- Has performed/participated in Design control and Packaging projects
- Worked with a cross-functional team at customer site
- Experience in GxP, specifically Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Must be a good team player with good communication skills
- Must be able to handle ambiguity in processes and work with various
teams for achieving common goals
- Must be proactive and willing to take complete ownership for the
assigned project
- Must collaborate with large cross functional teams located in multiple
location
- Must be willingness to work in a multinational multi-cultural
environment
- Must be able to perform critical analysis of situations and provide
recommendations
- Must be able to work independently with structured guidance
- Must give attention to detail and possess good follow-up skills
- Must be able to clearly define and communicate issues to the
management both verbally and in writing

Experience in verification and validation of products
Experience in DHF, DAF and DMR
Experience in test method validation
