*Duration: 2-4 years* *Below is the Senior Scrum Master Contract Opportunity. This person will need to be senior and come in to review how they are doing Scrum now and to better define the Agile Methodology to roll out company wide. Needs to be someone that has defined, rolled out and established the best variation for their environment and then implement in all aspects of the IT organization. Ideally someone who has done this one or two times in the past. Strongly prefer Insurance industry experience and utilization of Rally tool. Guidewire would be great, but is not required.* *Requirements* - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required - Proficiency in the SAFe /Lean/Kanban framework and/or PMP certification a plus - Agile/Scrum Coaching, Scrum Master, Project Management and/or Process Improvement experience with multiple information systems projects (4+ years) - Agile / Scrum environment with a demonstrated appreciation for large enterprise standards (4+ years) - P&C Property & Casualty Insurance experience strongly preferred - Guidewire Suite knowledge (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or PolicyCenter) nice to have - Experience successfully managing large, complex Agile teams in a results-driven environment - Thorough understanding of enterprise software development processes and life cycle - Adjust and apply technical knowledge in a dynamic environment using Agile development principles - Ability to quickly understand the scope of the project and identify key success and risk factors - Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills, strong presentation and facilitation skills - Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred *REGARDS* *James* ja...@kestaffing.com 630-922-5093 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
