Required Skills : · Overall 8+ years of experience in IT industry · Must have solid SSIS package development experience with latest versions (2016/2014/2012/2008 and 2008 R2) and waterfall and agile methodologies. · Must have strong SQL server(2016/2014/2012/2008 and 2008 R2) experience with design knowledge of databases and be hands-on to be able to design, create SQL server DB, design and code SP's and other database objects as per requirements and business rules from scratch. · Must be able to write design documents for packages and databases to be built. · Must have excellent oral and written communication with need to interact clients directly. · Good to have good experience on Insurance domain preferably related to worker compensation. · Preferred to have Microsoft certification. · Strong with data analysis of various input data file formats with multiple record types. · Must be able to perform tasks (data analysis, design DB, design ETL process/package, develop and deploy SSIS packages) independently. · Must be both individual contributor, good team player and self-motivated to take on challenges. -- *Respectfully Regards,* *N .
