History of Methodism in Ireland, Vol III, by C.H.Crookshank, M.A., London, 1888, pg. 116-117 : "At a Reformation meeting in Omagh also there was a discussion on the Romish controversy. The court-house was crowded. Three priests set themselves forward as the champions of Rome, and on the Protestant side there were two Episcopal clergymen, a lay gentleman, and Gideon Ouseley." No others present are named in this discussion. However, the courthouse was crowded. If it is possible Rev Pilkington was one of the two Episcopal clergy, I suggest contacting the theological history departments of Trinity College, Queen's College, etc.
